SHRIIMP BRUSCHETTA

This dish was so flavorful! You could serve it as a dip or on salad or even over rice!

Serves 4

Ingredients

20 small shrimp cooked and chopped

5 cherry tomatoes chopped

1 1/2 tbs ketchup

1 tbs dark brown sugar

1 clove garlic minced

1/2 tbs chopped parsley

3/4 tbs olive oil

3/4 tbs rice vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

french bread toasted or grilled

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

Keep chilled.

Spoon mixture over bread and serve.
