These will help us get to know you better, and providing them for you here simply makes the whole process more convenient. Financial Information
We respect our patients’ finances and factor that into everyone’s treatment planning. Drs. Dheeraj and Levenbaum and our staff will always be very upfront about the costs associated with various treatments. Discuss your dental insurance questions with our office staff – they’re always happy to help you better understand your benefits and how your insurance works with our office! We accept cash, checks, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa at our Westford dental office. We also accept CareCredit and offer in-house financing in some cases. CareCredit offers no interest and long term payment plans for those who qualify.
